Contact details you provide voluntarily through the form or WhatsApp: name, shop name, city, phone, email and message.

Technical browsing data collected in aggregate form: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited.

We do not collect special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR) and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

Answering contact requests and delivering the requested service: pre-contractual or contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
